Who can join a SYTO Club?
Any student enrolled at a Senior High School or university where a SYTO Club exists. There are no academic or background requirements, just a willingness to learn, travel, and grow.
How much does membership cost?
Membership fees vary by institution but are designed to be affordable. Fees support club activities, event organisation, and access to SYTO's national programmes.
What if there's no club at my school?
You can start one. All you need is 5 students, a faculty advisor, and an institution willing to host. We'll provide the charter, resources, and a regional coordinator.
What activities do clubs run?
Activities are built around SYTO's 4 pillars: heritage trips, coding workshops, Model UN debates, pitch competitions, community service, and more. Each club tailors activities to their campus.
Can clubs collaborate across countries?
Yes, that's one of the biggest benefits. SYTO Clubs across 6+ African countries regularly collaborate on virtual exchanges, joint events, and cross-border projects.
